Russki bounced, hitting the sand and sliding through it in a circular arc on her side as Tsuya moved from her line of motion. The grains soared upward in a great spray as Russki anchored her hand as best as possible in the loose ground, swinging her lower body around so that she was facing her sensei through the glass once more.
Tsuya was good. There was no doubting that. Of course, she wouldn't have gotten to where she was today if she wasn't. She was definitely going to give Russki a run for her money. But the Genin wouldn't go down easy. Light hair swayed as Russki shoved upward to her feet once more, already beginning to concentrate chakra into her arm and hand with such ferocity that they began to tingle. Lancing forward, she shoved ahead with all her strength into the glass wall, fingertips hitting the surface with such force that the nails split and shattered, ramming back into the cuticle as they broke just far enough to grip the glass. Vibrations surged forward, the cracks at her grips spidering outward gradually, fluidly as Russki pumped vibration into the structure.
Hindrances, after all, had to be taken out.
Muscles in her arm tensed as the cracks began to now penetrate the wall, covering its entire back and side surface. With a final yell and pushing forward of coiled muscle and pent up vibration, the glass began to separate at its newly formed cleavage points, chunks falling to the sand, shards shooting out in gently-formed arcs, the sun catching diamond dust as it rained glitter over the desert. Rolling over the pile of shattered chunks of glass, Russki finally came straight through at Tsuya, fist balled and arm cocked back. A wide grin was plastered across her stitched face at the ruin of Tsuya's wall, oh, the cunning of her.

Damn, I like this kid! She's not even going for the keys anymore! She's trying to take me down first!
Tsuya smiled maniacally as the girl began to burst through the glass with an abnormal force and accuracy for a genin. She felt as though she'd finally found the real thing. She could almost taste the sweet thrill of victory withing her grasps. She'd seen enough for now. This girl had sheer cunning, agility, force, and raw talent, enough to be molded into the perfect kunoichi.
And...she was bored with lesson one.
So, as Russki came toward her, she side swayed just enough to get out of the girls way but close enough to grab her by the wrist as she passed. Doing so, she pivoted on her right foot in the sand and used the momentum to swing the girl around and grab her other wrist, then she dug her heels in the sand to stop the sheer inertia that the girl had created. So now they would face to face in a newly traced circle on the sand, Tsuya smiling gently.
"Hey, rambo," she said, pulling the key from her back pocket. "I get it. You're badass. You win." She smiled, then flipped the girls hand over, opened it, and dropped they keys in it.
"Time for lesson two." She said, walking deeper into the desert. There would be an oasis not too far from here where she trained her last team.
"Oh, and don't lose those," she commanded, looking back over her shoulder at the girl.

Russki knew her hit wasn't going to land. She was merely funning about now, having partially forgotten already her objective of retrieving the keys. Untrained as she was, she possessed a certain fire, a willingness to break even herself if it meant achieving the mission. Concentrated and focused, it could make her one of the most formidable forces in the village, and she knew that Tsuya could put that focus in her. Train that wild stallion of a spirit that was bursting forth now as Russki closed in on her.
And that was the reason she gave it 151%.
As Tsuya grabbed her arm, Russki was slightly taken aback...she had expected the Jonin to merely dodge again. But this was definitely a more offensive take on the situation. Rotated rapidly, heels digging an orbit into the sands, she slowed to a stop, amethyst eyes wide and staring up at her Sensei. Those same eyes wandered down to the keys then deposited into her hand. It was that easy? Fingers gently clenched over the shaped metal...she didn't want to win like that...
Features immediately brightened as Tsuya mentioned a second part, beginning to walk deeper into the desert. Maybe it would be in lesson two that Russki would get a chance to show Tsuya that she wasn't all fire and no heat. "R-right, sensei...." she agreed with a smile, clipping the keys to one of the belt loops on her pants and beginning to follow Tsuya into the heart of the desert.

After walking a long while in silence, the two arrived upon a small oasis, fresh and green with several palm trees for shade, a small watering hole gushing with sparking crystal blue waters, and lush green grass that was soft to the touch in contrast with the harsh, hot desert sand that had been surrounding them for those few miles.
"Here we go. Take a seat. I think my ADD has gotten the better of me..." Tsuya began, trying to remember exactly what Lesson Two was. Yeah, she sucked as a sensei, but that didn't make her any less fun as a person. She and Russki would kick it out here under the shade of the palm trees and kick their feet around in this crystalline pool of refreshment. Maybe crack open a coconut or two. She sat in the grass by the edge of the water, kicked off her sandals, and shoved her dusty feet into the water. "Come on kid, hurry up. I have a story to tell ya."
