Oh what a beautiful day it was in Sunagakure. The sun was shining high like always and there was even a breeze flowing through the village. Even though not much was happening in the village the training fields were-- Okay they were boring too. Ken was never one to be lazy and never do something active but today was just a cool, cool day that couldn't be wasted one some stupid training regime. He layed down underneath a lone tree which was quite dead. Oh well.., He thought. It was better then sitting in the sun. With everything going so perfect what could go wrong?
Hopefully nothing.

"God damn... why does it always have to be so haaaawwwwt~?" Tsuneo hunched his shoulders, dragging his feet as he walked down the crowded street. Despite the heat, the citizens of Sunagakure were still as active and busy as ever. Young kids were playing in the streets, tossing balls or playing ninja behind the buildings. The teens were either working in shops to earn money, or were out being ninja, doing missions or training. So why wasn't he?
"I sweeeeaaarrr... there is no place to cool off..." Despite actually liking Sunagakure, today was one of it's hottest days, and the most boring for Tsuneo. He had made a bad choice by being a show-off in the academy, which earned him no friends. Training sounded too boring during this intense heat, and he was without a squad.
It was just his luck that he managed to find a rather dead tree, with a kid sitting underneath it. He looked scrawny, and not worth his time, so he payed no attention to the brat as he leaned up against the tree, enjoying the shade.

During his rest another Genin had come into his presence, taking up shade underneath the tree just as he did yet paying no mind to Ken at all. While this would infuriate the most uppity-individuals it didn't phase him at all. If anything it just gave Ken and insight into the stranger's personality. Just from those small observations he already concluded that the individual would no doubt be an arrogant being, probably thinking of the many ways he could defeat Ken if he said something to offend him.
It brung a small smile to his face as he looked to his side as to get a better glance of the boy. He was taller than Ken, that was a fact. But was he stronger? Ken wasn't a rookie Genin who couldn't hold his own against your average Genin. If anything Ken should've been the one thinking that he could beat the stranger in a fight. He was being as modest as possible but in the end he did manage to let out a single comment aimed towards Tsuneo, yet he didn't intend for it to be rude.
" You know-- It is polite to speak to those you come in contact with. Especially when you're underneath that person's resting spot. "

Oh great... don't tell me he's talking to me... is he? Tsuneo didn't even bother to make eye contact. This kid wasn't worth his time. Though, it'd be the proper thing if I did introduce myself... hah! What a laugh.
Whatever, it wasn't really important. It was hot, he was bored, and there was no one worth hanging out with. Might as well chat with this kid for a bit. If I don't like him, I'll tell him to buzz off.
"Your resting spot? Heh... sorry, I had no idea." He tilted his head down, closing his eyes. He could go for a nap, if this kid didn't have anything else to say.

Hah...Seems he either found some manners out of the blue-- Or he just can't back up his actions with words.
His smile didn't dissapear, rather it widened as he turned around and sat on his butt, crossing his legs as he stared at Tsuneo. His quiet time was just spoiled and their wasn't nothing important for him to do because relax in the shade with an individual he was already beginning to dislike or have fun with the situation at hand. He slowly got up from the ground and rubbed the dirt off his clothing, not even paying the slightest attention to the shinobi. He took a few steps back and looked up to the sky once more, rubbing the back of his head.
" You know-- It is also common to introduce yourself. "
He blurted out, his comment aimed at Tsuneo once more. He made sure his Tanto was tied to his waistline as he didn't want it to slip out of place like it'd done on many different occasions. Hopefully Tsuneo would get the point that he was throwing back the ignorance at him. If he got that then he definately knew what was also on his mind--
" And how about a spar.. ? "

Onoda Tsuneo
"Name's Tsuneo." He said without hesitation. He didn't even look up as he did so. If the kid was gonna walk away, let him. He obviously wasn't worth his time. That's when he shot the question, and boy, what a stupid question it was. Here goes this kid, holding some sword at his side, and asking for a spar like some tough guy. Just who the hell does this kid think he is?
"Nah, I'll pass. Your not worth my time." Once again, without hesitation. A smirk formed across his lips, and he shot a glance at the cocky kid. His eyelids were hardly open, but if the kid was paying any attention to him earlier, he could tell that his eyes had changed. This isn't gonna turn into some dramatic bullshit or anything, with ultimate power surging from his veins and exploding mountains. More like, a silent threat, to warn the kid off before he got himself hurt.
Tsuneo had no intention of fighting anyone, not today. He wasn't in the mood to stress himself out, and besides, if they did get into a fight, it would take only three punches to take him out. Then, he'd have the kid strangle himself until he passed out.
Name: Chouzetsugan - Transcending Eye Rank: C Range: Self Jutsu Type: Kekkei Genkai Elemental Affinity: Souton – Phasing Clan: Onoda Description: Chouzetsugan is a powerful doujutsu technique with multiple applications. Firstly, it gives the Onoda user something akin to X-ray Vision. The detail and specificity of the Chouzetsugan changes with levels and personal abilities, but there are usually fairly common thresholds. At Genin level, the abilities of the Chouzetsugan are fairly simplistic. The Onoda user will be able to see the skeletal system of other creatures and well as the ability to see through most objects. At Chuunin level the Chouzetsugan will increase very much in power. The Onoda user will be able to see and attack the skeletal system, muscular system, digestive system, respiratory system, and cardiovascular system. Also, at Chuunin level, they will gain the ability to see through all solid objects. At Jōnin level the Onoda user will be able to see and/or attack the skeletal system, muscular system, digestive system, respiratory system, cardiovascular system, nervous system, and immune system. Also, the range of the Chouzetsugan will increase greatly.
The second application of the Chouzetsugan is literally photographic memory. The Onoda user will be able to, literally, take pictures with their doujutsu and extract the memory later. However, the Onoda user will not be able to hold and infinite number of memories and pictures. At Genin level the Onoda user will be able to hold five to ten pictures or memories. The memories will be somewhat grainy and lose their detail with time if extraction is not completed in a fairly short amount of time. At Chuunin level the Onoda user will be able to hold twenty to twenty-five memories or pictures. The memories will lose most of their detail with time, but are much more resilient than at Genin level. At Jōnin level the Onoda user will be able to hold a maximum of fifty pictures or memories. They will exist indefinitely and will not lose details with time. At any time the Onoda user will be able to delete memories and/or photographs and then replace them with others. Deletion is instantaneous and, once complete, the Onoda user will simply have a regular memory of the event.
The extraction technique is, actually, not very complex, but complications have been known to arise. The Onoda user will transfer the specific memory and/or picture they would like to save or see via chakra onto a special piece of paper. The paper is, usually, created in Konohagakure, because of the availability of trees, and then sent to the other villages. Once the memory or pictures is transferred to the paper it will take about two hours for processing and then development. The end result is either a single picture or a series of pictures that can be used for practically anything.
The third application of the Chouzetsugan is usually used in conjunction with the second application, although it is more battle related. The first step of this move is to take a 'mental picture' of an opponent using the second application of the Chouzetsugan. The Onoda user will then have to manipulate the picture or a series of pictures to form a move or a set of moves. Once the move in the Onoda Clan member's mind is completed, they will need to implant it into their opponents chakra system via most Kekkei Genkai jutsu.
At Genin level the Onoda user will be able to implant moves or ideas that extend over a period of ten seconds. The Onoda user will be able to affect mobility and the rate of chakra release. For example, they can create and implant a series of pictures into an opponent in which they will have to stand completely still for ten seconds, leaving them completely open for attack. Also, they can affect the rate at which and opponent releases chakra. For example, they will have the ability to create and implant a series of pictures in which an opponent will continually release a large amount of chakra for ten seconds. This greatly tires out opponents at all stages of battle. Additionally, at Genin level, in order for the memory to be transmitted the Onoda user needs to make three successful connections on an opponent. A connection can mean anything from basic physical contact, such as a punch or kick, or even a gentle touch. After three connections they will only be able to transfer one memory at which point, to transfer another memory, they will have to hit their opponent another three times. At Chūnin level the Onoda user will be able to implant moves or ideas that extend over a period of thirty seconds. The Onoda user will be able to affect mobility, the rate of chakra release, and their susceptibility to Genjutsu. At Chūnin level two successful connections need to be made for transmittance. At Jōnin level the Onoda user will be able to implant moves or ideas that extend over a period of two minutes. The Onoda user will be able to affect most aspects of their victims actions and most aspects of their susceptibility to attacks. At Jōnin level only one successful connection needs to be made for transmittance.

" Hn. "
If anything, now was the right time for Ken to have any anger towards the individual. Rather than saying no, Tsuneo had to pull off several stunts to show how strong his was, but to also make Ken feel as if he was inferior. How dare he insult Ken and then glare at him! Did he really think Ken was just your average Genin which absolutely no skill? He dealt with Genin like this before and he was just your average cocky and arrogant Genin who thinks that he has the skill to beat everyone else. So what if the boy did have height on him. Ken had something that could turn the tide of battle no matter how tall or fat you are. He had experience and because of that he wouldn't back down from a blatant insult that offended him greatly.
" I suggest you quit with the ignorance and the insults...Tsuneo. "
He stated as he took a single step forwards, shooting back a glare at him. He lifted his left leg off the ground then thrusted his chest forwards as he sent his right hand flying towards Tsuneo's nose in an open palm. He would attempt to strike him head-on showing that he wasn't afraid to fight him like a man would. He didn't really think his attack would go through, but then again, it was a close-up manuever. Kōwashi [ Flying Eagle ] D-ranked Taijutsu, Offensive, Close Range. Utilizing this technique, Ken balances on his right foot and thrusts his body forward while releasing his right hand in an open palm, aiming to hit his opponents nose, causing extreme pain and tearing of the eyes. This is a set up to another critical attack.

Onoda Tsuneo
"Tch..." His smirk faded as the kid leapt forward with his palm jutting out. Crazy kid was gonna get himself killed if he always acted like that. Think, before you act. That was something he was told time after time after time, and today, he was gonna put those words to good use. Recklessness against recklessness only ended up with two broken egos.
The palm was aimed directly towards his nose, and it would have smacked straight on, if Tsuneo hadn't seemed to disappear. The tree behind him that was supporting his weight turned into water for him, allowing him to simply phase into it. Of course, it didn't look or feel anything like water, but Tsuneo had avoided the attack by phasing into the tree, through one of the most simple of Onoda techniques.
The next move, would come without warning as the Genin flew through the air past his missed target. A hand shot out of the tree, and would gently tap at the arm of the flying genin. His thumb would press against the skin, and inject a chemical that was quickly put within his Kagakusha Tebukuro from his chemical belt, and move within the bloodstream. It wasn't fatal, and it had a high bioavailability, allowing it to easily cause effects from any injection site. The sedative would work rather fast, a minute at the most, for effects to be felt. That is, if the attack was successful, and the kid didn't dodge the surprise attack.
Name: Magirekomu Ansatsusha - Lost Assassin Rank: C Range: Self Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Elemental Affinity: Souton - Phasing Clan: Onoda Description: This jutsu, with appropriate skill of the Onoda, does not require handseals. Simply by moving Souton chakra to their skin throughout their entire body, the Onoda will be able to phase into the nearest object, usually a tree or even the ground. They will be able to freely travel through the object as long as they are molding chakra to their skin. Because most Onoda have excellent chakra control, this jutsu is not incredibly taxing. With proper chakra control [Chūnin + and only with proper demonstration of ability (training, chakra attuned specialty, etc.)] can and Onoda Clan member phase a portion of her body through attacks. At Chūnin level it can only be physical attacks in a certain area. This includes all Taijutsu and certain forms of very physical Ninjutsu. An Onoda will be able to avoid attacks by phasing their body parts so that they attacks pass through them. This application of the Magirekomu Ansatsusha can only be used fifteen times per battle. At Jōnin level, this ability can be used twenty times per battle.
Zopiclone: Zopiclone is, basically, a strong sedative. Common effects include bitter metallic taste, dry mouth, drowsiness, headaches, and fatigue. The Onoda use Zopiclone to make opponents drowsy, sleepy, and/or lazy.

Tsuneo had utilized a jutsu that was unknown to him. He seemingly dissapeared through the tree dodging his attack completely. Then out of a blue a hand would popped out of the tree with a thumb aiming to tap the back of his arm. Ken was perfectly balanced upon his right-foot and with the attack missed he didn't fly forwards as his opponent probably predicted. Quickly he thrusted both of his arms backwards, as to avoid the hand, and launch his body into the air, utilizing a simple backflip to dodge his opponent's manuever.
Pfft... He thought to himself. While he knew he could beat his opponent in an all-out brawl he was tricky and he'd give him that. He'd have to find a way to force him out in the open where he could easily knock him out. But he'd have to watch out for the jutsu his opponent possessed. From what he saw he most likely was utilizing a Kekkei Genkai and it was common for Kekkei Genkai to have multiple jutsu variants. Their was no cover around but only the tree in which his opponent took shelter in. He needed some way to force him out of the tree.
And then the fun would begin.

Onoda Tsuneo
Heh... this kid is spry, I'll give him that. Tsuneo spent the next five seconds inside the tree thinking. He wasn't a genius, but many at the Onoda complex had called him a prodigy. That meant the same thing, didn't it? Whatever. The next few moves would need to be carefully thought out. What did he already know? It's been ten seconds already, and he had gathered that the kid was agile, and quick to the point. He seemed reckless, but he also seemed to know what he was doing.
He would need a few more bits of information to make a conclusion of what to do. So, why not have a little fun? Without a single hint or warning, Tsuneo slipped out of the tree at full speed. He was crouched down low, and his hands touched the ground right in front of Ken's feet. A twisted snapping sound was heard, and Tsuneo's legs both shot up in a disturbing broken handstand formation, sending two kicks towards Ken's face.
If that were to fail or succeeded, he would have still bended his arms to make his elbows touch the ground, then push off to leap back towards the tree, and land on his feet. More snapping sounds fired from his joints, as he raised his arms from his sides up to level up at his chest. The elbows coiled around, and the knuckles jutted left and right, snapping in and out of place, along with his wrists, as to intimidate his opponent. It was quite a disturbing sight for most, but Tsuneo knew some that weren't phased by his taunting preformance. His neck drooped forward and back, rolling to the sides and popping, before he looked back up at Ken when he was done with his warm up.
"It's also common to introduce yourself after another... ya' know."
Name: Hebi Hokou - Serpent's Walk Rank: D Range: Self Jutsu Type: Taijutsu Elemental Affinity: Souton - Phasing Clan: Onoda Description: This jutsu, for any Onoda Clan member with high skill, can be performed without handseals. The only requirement is the exact and precise movement of Souton chakra to the target area. By using their Souton chakra, an Onoda can phase their bones, ligaments, and muscles which allows them to move in practically impossible ways. Much like a contortionist, the Onoda will be able to move beyond the realms of the normal human body. This allows the Onoda to both avoid most attacks and to perform movements physically impossible otherwise. In other words, the Onoda will literally be breaking themselves apart. The name of this style comes from the fact that snakes, unlike most animals, can bend and move in any which way because of their structure.

.....
Was he seriously doubting him? Ken wasn't even going his all and he had the ordasity to use some contortionist jutsu rather than fight like a man? Ken performed a backflip as soon as he saw the Genin run out of the tree in a crouched position. His legs were flung backwards allowing him to cross his arms over his head in which the twin-kicks were now directed at. With amazing force they collided with his arms bashing them. While it was painful it wasn't going to threaten the outcome of the match at all. He landed on his feet afterwards as his opponent made his way back infront of the tree.
His opponent's intimididation tactics didn't phase him at all, he'd seen worse things then that during his encounters in the previous Chūnin exams he'd been in. He withdrew his Tanto from its sheath utilizing his left-hand and concentrated Chakra into the blade. He swung it low towards the ground on his left side and aimed for Tsuneo, sending a concussive blast of wind and tons of sand particles in his direction. Due to the moderate amount of space between them if he was hit he'd literally be knocked onto the ground. This was nothing compared to what he could do, but he was still testing his opponent as to see where he stood.
Shisunafū [ Concussive Sand Blast ] D-Ranked Ninjutsu, Offense, Far Range. After making the Rat, Dog handseals, Ken will channel chakra into his Tanto, withdraw it from its sheath and slash it to the ground towards the area of his opponent, sending a concussive blast of wind and sand towards his opponent. This jutsu is capable of leveling a lower-ranked shinobi from their feet onto the ground while causing physical damage to thier upper-body. Shisunafû is a minor variation of his Fûton • Chikara jutsu.

Onoda Tsuneo
Oh boy... here it comes... Tsuneo braced himself for the concussion. No telling what would happen if it hit him, but, he could handle himself. Bam! Tsuneo toppled over and fell on his back, but since he was bracing himself, there was hardly any pain. This, is where the fun comes in. While Tsuneo really toppled over, and fell flat on his back, that's not exactly what it looked like.
Seconds before Ken had swung his tanto, he spent the entire time staring at Ken, and focusing his concentration on his eyes. It only took a split second for Ken to look at Tsuneo to be caught in the trap. Since he was preparing the jutsu, the only area he could really look at, thanks to both of their heights, was the face, in order to concentrate on an area to unleash the jutsu, and the main feature of Tsuneo's face was his eyes. Split second eye contact was all it took to engage the technique.
From Ken's point of view, Tsuneo had thrown his arm to the side, and the wind swarmed around him, then disappeared completely. As if it didn't even phase him. While in truth he fell over, and steadily stood up, what was seen by Ken was an ineffective technique, and a wicked cool pose.
"What's the matter? Cat got your tongue? Come on, surely you must know my Kekkei Genkai by now. Wind techniques are useless against the Onoda, didn't you know?" While that was a complete bluff, it could give him a heavy advantage over this fight. He had an amazing poker face, after countless nights with gambling against his grandpa for loose change.
He would need to save his Chakra for the rest of his fight, or try to end it quickly if possible. A pointless fight normally pointlessly uses up your important chakra, but Tsuneo wasn't going to let that happen. The next move belonged to Ken, while Tsuneo smirked, looking like he wasn't even hurt at all, but in the real picture, he had a little dirt on his back, and that was about it.
Name: Mukankaku - Impervious Rank: C Range: Eye-contact Jutsu Type: Genjutsu Elemental Affinity: Souton - Phasing Clan: Onoda Description: An interesting Onoda Clan Genjutsu that directly affects an opponent's mind. The initiation of the Genjutsu is eye-contact. The initiation of the Genjutsu, at first, doesn't look like anything. In fact, most shinobi won't realize they are in a Genjutsu until later. Once in the Genjutsu, fighting will resume as normal. The user will make attacks, and their opponent will make attacks. However, this is where the Genjutsu comes in. Whenever an opponent makes an attack, this Genjutsu will make it seem like the attack didn't hit the user or that it was ineffective. The effect of the Genjutsu will remain even if the Onoda user is actually hit with an attack. This jutsu functions for all forms of attacks (Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Genjutsu) and will simply make the user appear impervious to all an opponent's efforts. Hence, really, the name of the jutsu.

While he may have not been bluffing and he could withstand his Fūton jutsu, Ken's arsenal consisted mainly of Fūton jutus and he'd utilize it to the best of his ability to find a weakness in his opponent's game. He concentrated chakra once more in his Tanto, yet this time he ran forwards, ducking his body low onto the ground was he was within a few feet of Tsuneo and swing his Tanto low upon the ground, sending a concussive blast of sand and wind towards him once more. Ken in a sense, was a hot-head if pushed and at the moment he'd try to ' blast him to hell with Fūton ' if he had to. Due to the effects of the jutsu, Sand would also be sent flying towards his opponent which would cause him to have blurry vision and pain in the eyes if sand landed in it. He was impervious to wind, but noone ever said anything about being able to withstand massive amounts of sand. It is possible to cloud one's vision without having to utilize the necessary Fūton element-- Atleast that was what Ken was thinking. For now he'd have to wait for his opponent's next move--
And possibly break out his strongest Jutsu to end this match.

Onoda Tsuneo
"Bingo Bango." Tsuneo let the words slip out of his mouth, as he took a step back. From the moment that Ken started running, Tsuneo let himself fall backwards into the tree, in order to avoid his sandy wind blast. As he fell, he lifted a hand and flashed a peace sign, as to show how much he wasn't phased by the kid's attacks.
Even when he was safely within the tree, he could still speak. It was muffled a little, but he managed to get some words out. "Oi, kid, have you heard nothing I've said yet? Where's your manners, eh? And, what's with all the recklessness? Your gonna get yourself in trouble. Afterall, your still in the city, and, your throwing katas and tantos left and right." That would do enough to either push some common sense into Ken, or push him into an even higher level of recklessness. So far, everything was going according to plan, and he had all the information he would need to win this fight.
He took his time applying a vial of chemicals to his glove. He fiddled with two different vials, wondering if he should go with a sedative, or try to destroy the cells inside his body. Or maybe... no no, that would be to cruel... wwwweeeellll... He thought about it for a minute, then swapped the vial from his hand with another one, shaking it slightly and looking into it. He injected it within his glove, and put it away. One touch was all he needed. A single dose, and Ken would be fucked. Best not to go crazy, then.

" Hn... Between the Phasing in objects and his supposed immunity to Fūton... I'll have to take another route... " He took several steps back, putting ten feet between him and the tree where his opponent hid. He sheathed his Tanto and slowly began to breath in and out deeply. He performed a single In, then followed it up with another In directly afterwards. He assumed his fighting stance as he concentrated chakra into both of his hands, following up with balling them into fists. He'd wait for his opponent as he didn't need to be on the offensive will all the trickery being pulled off with the individual. He was already set up for his next jutsu but all that was needed was his target. He kept his sight infront of him as anything coming from that tree in his direction would be in for a world of pain. It wouldn't be long before this battle would be over--
But would Ken come out the victor?
