"It's going to be an inside job."
"So, the mission is stamped and approved."
Aka sat at her desk and laced her pale fingers together and tossed her head back in a delighted chuckle. "So, it's a go then. We head to the castle and begin the investigation. We've been waiting so long for this, Arisato."
"We've?" The tall, muscular man inquired, pushing his hair back from the form of his face. "This was all your idea, Aka-sama. I'm simply here to make sure it all goes as planned."
"Oh, and it will, Arisato-san. Trust me. Our "friends" are going to be just as happy about this as I am."
Two days later...
"Aka-sama..." The deep, rumbling voice of Arisato called from outside her office door. "Your guest as arrived."

Ka ka ka ka
The sound of shoes clicking against the tile floor resounded in the hallway. A man dressed in a white suit trailed behind what seemed to be more like Aka's servant than her assistant. An unlit cigarette dangled from the corner of his mouth as he lazily trudged behind the man. "We there yet?" the green haired man asked his guide, his single eye looking on dully at the various paintings on the wall.
"Aka-sama...," the man would say as he finally stopped in front of a door. "Your guest has arrived," Arisato would continue to say as he opened the door and the man stepped through. Walking up to Aka's desk he took off his fedora and bowed a little before standing up straight once more.
"Sorry if I'm not what you were expecting," the man said as he returned the hat to his head. "My boss is a very secretive man, y'know? He doesn't actually meet with anyone face-ta-face unless he's sure that he can trust them," he continued as he pulled up a chair and sat down. "My name is Yamaguchi Niike, it's a pleasure to meet you."

"Yes. The pleasure is all yours."
Aka wasn't the least bit annoyed with what was going on. She knew that if what she heard about the underground group of collectors was true, then it would be quite awhile before she met the man behind the mask. But there was business to conduct, and it was time they had best get down to conducting it. Time was a factor.
"So, I see that he has heard of me from my colleagues. I hope it was all good," she let a poisonous smirk die upon her lips before speaking once more. "But we'll cut to the chase. He wants access to Kumo, I assume, to expand his territory. There are two questions now hanging in the air, one of which I already know the answer to."
Aka's elbows let out a gentle thud as she leaned over on the desk toward the man and crossed her legs daintily. Her fingers were laced neatly under her chin as she attempted to radiate an unfamiliar gentleness.
"One -- why not go directly to the Raikage with a request of this magnitude, and Two -- what's in it for us?"
She licked her lips with a savage quietness that would hardly be noticed unless he was staring at them, and then sat back in her chair. "Or better yet, what's in it for me?"

A smile tugged at the edges of Nīke's lips after hering Aka's first little comment. He was going to enjoy playing the role of Isutoshi's messenger if this was the kind of person he was going to be dealing with. The woman's sass and conceitedness were more than likely to keep these meetings interesting and lively. Lacing his own fingers the white-suited man reclined back some in his chair as he listened to the woman as she spoke, nodding occasionally at some of the information she was saying.
The man's golden eye remained locked onto Aka throughout the duration of her talking. He was watching her body language -- studing her if you will. She was direct, bold, greedy, egotistical, sadistic, diabolical, and had a ominous charm to her. All the makings of a would-be dictator.
"Those are excellent questions...," the one-eyed representative said as he reached into the inside pocket of his jacket. Extracting six pictures he placed them on the desk and turned them around so that they were facing Aka. The first picture depicted a shirtless man standing in the middle of the desert with weird glowing symbols all over his torso and his extended arms. The following picture showed the same man without all of the symbols on his body with a large crater shown in the distance where he was looking prior. In the third picture there was a teenage girl covered in robes and sitting in a room nicely decorated with flowers. The next picture showed her in the same room with a purple haze spread out around her. All the flowers had died and the paint in the room had started to peel. The final set of pictures showcased a long haired man wearing a pair of shades and a black leisure suit. The first picture showed him surrounded by roughly twenty shinobi while he simple standing with his hands in his pockets. Much like the first picture the man had not seemed to move, but everything around him layed in devestation. The earth at his feet was caved in at an eight feet radius, and all the shinobi were down on the ground -- possibly dead.
"As you already know our organization is very secretive," Nīke said as he reclined back into his chair. He kept his eye on her as she looked over the pictures. "We did not wish to bring too much attention to our movements. We cannot trust the Raikage to be so tight lipped," he explained casually to Aka. Thinking over what he wished to say next a slight smirk appeared on his face. "As for what's in it for you...and your village, of course...," placing his hands together he rubbed them against each other as he spoke. "My boss is willing to lend a few of our gathered soldiers to help aide you in your own plans. Those pictures are just a few of the soldiers within our growing army."
"How does that sound?"
