It's been decided. The Chūnin Selection Exams are slated for this Summer.
This gives ample time for you Genin to get your Cells out there and perform a mission or two before entering. Though, entering the exams will be decided by your team leader [whoever that is]. The reason why Exams are so hard to do is because, well, the fact of the matter is is that they're hard to keep a track of with ten Genin running around in one thread. Currently, there's precautions being thought up to avoid cluttering and overlooking. The Exams will be held in Sunagakure [Hidden Sand] this time around, and most likely, there'll be outside interference playing into the Exams and what happens in this board-wide event.
For those of you who don't know what the Chūnin Selection Exams are, they're exams held in a selected village every so often where Genin compete alongside of their Teams to attain the rank of Chūnin. These Exams are said to be the substitute for full-fledged war, since different countries compete against each other in the third round in front of potential customers, including Daimyō and potential village leaders. The Chūnin Selection Exams have been known to be brutal, and we plan on making them just as brutal [if not, more brutal, especially since it isn't in lollipop and gumdrop village] on the board.
Though, I warn you, most Genin will not be promoted, unless it's within their character to attain the rank of Chūnin [it's not like the rank makes much difference on this board], everyone should go into this the way they should go into it with the hopes of more storyline potential.
As some of you may know, there's a surprise coming after the Chūnin Selection Exams, and not getting your Chūnin Rank at the end of the day may not seem so bad. Keep an eye out for those Chūnin Exams and check back for Updates.
Cutting bullshit character creation processes and giving you a truly free and new roleplay experience since last year,
