Taimei Underground Compound | Administrative Wing [0600 hrs]
"Sorry I'm late," the beautiful blond cooed as she opened the door to the small, dark conference room.
"How very uncharacteristic of you, Ana-chan." A tall, stern figure growled gently at the head of the table, his figure shrouded in shadow. The only light in the room came from a ceiling light above each chair, illuminating the would-be members of the Taimei Underground's Advisory Committee.
Anabachi went straight to her chair to sit, not paying attention to the lack of bodies in the room.
But when she looked up from her papers, she finally no one was there but her and The Boss. "Wait...where is everyone?" She inquired, looking around at the empty chairs. "Where's Raigyo? Where's Sei and Gan?" She said, lazily leaning on the table with her elbows. "I mean, I'm late, but this is just unacceptable."
"Raigyo took Sei and Gan on an important mission." The old voice growled.
"Hm. He couldn't get Shikome to sign the covenant, no?" A smug smile played across Anabachi's lips. "You'd think he'd be able to keep that girl in check, Bossu."
"He will. Once she hears the ultimatum. But that's not what I called you here to discuss. You have a mission of your own." The shadowed man pulled a file out of a manila folder and slid it in front of Anabachi.
"Moru Kazuma? That crazy street fighting kid?"
The Boss did not respond. His silhouette merely nodded.
"Fine. Where do I find this street rat?"
"Trust me, finding Moru-san will not be hard..."

Finikuru Street | Back Alleyway [0800 hrs]
The screams and cheers of delinquent onlookers pushed the youth forward. Opposite to him was another fighter, who seemed to feel the same reaction to the cheering. The ring was a simple one. Trashcans and dumpsters lined it. People stood atop small rooftops and the dumpsters themselves to watch the match. Trash lay scattered along the dusty ring. The smells alone were enough to knock newcomers off their feet. But these two were no newcomers. Moru Kazuma, known for his inability to stop beating the shit out of his opponents would now face the strongest fighters of the Crazy Thirteen, a leading gang syndicate of the Finikuru district of Kirigakure. As a consequence, Kazuma was the outsider here. He would have to continue to prove himself in this district. This would be the final time he would have to do so. By taking down this man, by taking down Omi Jaja, he would prove his worth.
Kazuma stopped as Jaja did. The delinquent teens dressed in the traditional manner of the Finikuru district. With as little clothes as possible, as to prevent the use of weapons. The Finikuru didn't play that cheat shit. A man proved himself as a man by beating the living daylights out of someone. Fair and square. Barefooted and shirtless, the two sized one another up. The screams and jeers seemed to be drowned out by nothingness to Kazuma. It was only him and Jaja now. He raised his fists infront of his face, allowing just enough space for his eyes to see.
Jaja stepped forth, shooting out a fist at Kazuma's face.
The fighter dodged right, shooting his own fist into the man's chubby stomach with impressive force.
Everything seemed to freeze. His eyes shot upward to the man's face. His eyes were blank. His mouth hung limply. Slowly, his stomach edged off his fist and he fell. Kazuma, being the beast he is, didn't let that stop him. He shot onto the fallen body, placing himself over it. His eyes opened wide he has slammed his fists into his nose. Over. Over. Over. Over. And over again. His breathing grew heavy. Sweat descended from everywhere. The rush. The power. The control. The cheers from above didn't stop. This was what they called entertainment. They were animals watching other animals fighter. The continued to cheer and cheer. Kazuma continued to punch and punch.
A battered, unrecognizable face was left. Kazuma's foot moved it from side to side as he however over him. "Tsk, tsk." he sounded, chuckling slightly as he moved his face from side to side with his dirty foot. Sweat had managed its way into his eyes, burning them. But he didn't attempt to rub it out. He embraced the sting. He continued to look down with hurtful eyes. "This is all the Finikuru has to over me. It's a fuckin' shame." He kicked the body. "It's a fuckin' shame!"
He smoshed his foot into the man's face before taking a step back, admiring his work. This was what he lived to do. To make others suffer. To make himself greater. To sweat. To make bleed. To hurt. To destroy.
Thus was Kazuma's way.

"Hmph."
High above the skiff was a slender figure boldly standing on the edge of the roof. She was stunning. Clad in a sky blue dress that matched her beautiful eyes and that contrasted epically with her long golden locks and alabaster skin, she stood there with arms crossed over her slightly revealed cleavage. She certainly wasn't trying to blend with the surroundings.
"MORU KAZUMA!" the girl called out, peering down at him with her ice blue eyes. Several of the people around her (who weren't already staring) turned to look at her. She smirked in such a way that made one wonder if an angel could make such a face as that. The beautiful figure then took a leap down to him, squatting in such a lady-like way as she landed, then standing and tossing a blond curl from her face. Her lips were soft and pale as if she'd just glossed them, and her previously loud and intrusive words were now gentle and soft. "You have been summoned. Here."
And with that, she handed him a scroll with the picture of a black feather on the front, then began to walk daintily down the alleyway.

After dealing with the little incident with Shikome the current champion of the Taimai Underground decided to check out one of his favorite sites -- Finikuru Street. The back alleys were always filled with various different delinquients trying to beat each other senseless. It was a perfect place to scout for new talent. What? Think just cause he got Shikome to sign that contract his job was done?
Hardly.
Anyway, sitting upon one of the dumpsters Raigyo made sure that he had a front row view of this fight. People in the area had been talking about it for some time now. How some newcomer was beating down the Crazy Thirteen's top fighters one-by-one. Now the kid seemed to have managed to make his way to the peak of that little mountain. Though, to be honest, the fight was more than a disappointment. This Kazuma kid took down his opponent with a single punch. Raigyo watched with uninterested eyes as the newcomer savagely beat on his unconscious opponent.
This kid had no sense of presentation. No sense of style. If he had paid to see this match Raigyo'd have demanded his money back. But regardless, the kid got the crowd pumped and that's all that Raigyo really cared about in the Underground. Keeping the audience entertained. Once the onslaught was finished Raigyo hopped down from his dumpster and was about to approach the boy, but it seemed that Ana would beat him to the punch. Standing out like a sore thumb he watched as she made her announcement and then gracely descended to the ring, handed him the invitation and simply left. If there was one thing about Ana, she had style.
Quickly making his way through the crowd Raigyo walked up to Ana. "What the hell was that back there?" he asked and then looked her over with a raised eyebrow. "A little much, don't you think?"

"Much? That was hardly enough." Anabachi replied with another hair toss, never missing a step. As they passed farther away from the crowd, she slowed her pace. "Besides. That's all it takes for me to get the job done. You on the other hand, it takes you forever and a fucking day to get Shikome to get on board."
Such harsh words for such a dainty frame.
Ana still walked in front of him, not even turning around to acknowledge him. "Speaking of missions, where are Sei and Gan? You better not have gotten them killed. I don't feel like replacing them. We already have on empty seat on the board that I don't care to fill."

Ah, that was Anabachi for you. She had the beauty, the brains, and a bitchy attitude to boot. What more could a man ask for in a girl? Halting in his step for just a moment Raigyo sneered at the blonde girl before him. Though, he would catch up and begin walking beside her shortly after.
"I almost forgot how charming you could be, Ana-chan," he would say to her, not bothering to respond to her little comment about Shikome. "The other two are delivering the contract to Bossu, but that's besides the point," Raigyo continued as he glanced stuffed his hands into his pockets. "Think that kid's good enough to fill her seat?"

"That kid? Fuck no. He's far to crude. Besides, I haven't seen any impressive chakra control in him. Just brutish techniques."
The girl stopped and looked at Raigyo. "I don't see what The Boss sees in him. Besides, we're far to advanced for a nub like him. He's going to have to prove himself to even get contracted. But..." She punched Raigyo in the shoulder. "He reminds me of a certain Champion. Perhaps he'll take your seat, Setsuna-san."
The blond girl then giggled cutely, and shunshin'd away.

Raigyo's eyebrow raised for a moment after she stopped, which caused him to do so as well. Looking down at her as she spoke he reflected back on the fight he had just witness. "'Geh...," he'd mutter before focusing back on the blonde beauty after being hit.
"Like that--" Raigyo began before watching her giggle and speed away. Letting out a low sigh the current champion shook his head, and looked away in the direction she left. Scratching the back of his head he began to walk down the alleyway.
"As charming as ever..."
