Episode II: Butterflies and Hurricanes
Many Years Ago
"Come on Hitoyama, get up wussy!" A brown haired boy shouted flicking his thumb against his nose urging his prey to stand up and fight like a man.
You see, this is how the Tsuchikage's life was while he was a child. Due to his stature he was constantly bullied...this being one of those occasions. A few boys had spotted him while he had been walking him from the shinobi academy and challenged him on his honor. Being a boy from a noble clan like the Hitoyama one, to refuse was out of the option. He knew in his heart he was going to get beat up; that's how it usually was.
Standing up he wiped the blood that dripped down his nose and assumed a wide stance, he was trying to emphasize the stance of his mother, which valued defense. At this point, he didn't have a whole lot of that. "You know Shiro one day I'm gunna defend the honor of my family!" Makido spoke his heart burning with valorous anger.
The boy named Shiro stepped in fast striking Makido with two hard left jabs. Following this he threw his right arm out, executing a right straight to knock the boy out. Ducking, Makido was evade the technique and in doing so he took his advisories back. Gripping his arms together he pulled with all of his might upward to push Shiro off balance.
Gusai! he yelled hoping to muster the strength to lift the boy upwards and slam him down.
It would of been nice, for Makido the current Tsuchikage to manage to succeed in his technique but like always he was just a little too weak and a little too slow. Barely managing to lift Shiro off of the ground he expelled all of his energy and placed a large amount of strain on his back. "Look, this queer's tryin to rape me, and he thinks I'm his wife!" Shiro mocked at Makido's effort.
Releasing his arms Shiro turned around and with one right hook knocked the boy unconscious. Now it was time to embarrass him, the group of boys that had just knocked Makido out would prepare in their ritual. Every time they knocked him out, the circled around him; and pissed on him.
It wasn't a good day.
Today
Makido galavanted around his village of Iwagakure no Sato. He wore his non formal aqua colored sparing uniform. The heavy jade arm and leg weights clearly donned on the mans body. Today was an important day for the Tsuchikage, he was officially welcoming back a shinobi who had moved away many years ago was a former schoolmate of Makido. When asked, Makido would say that the pair were best of friends, but in reality Shiro was just like every other bully.
"O, my fist is Dynamite!" Makido loudly sang moving his right arm in a circular motion while rubbing his rotator cuff. The Tsuchikage had bad intentions and he was sure that Shiro's welcome home would be one that he would never forget. Shiro had moved to Kusa no Kuni to live with his mother after the death of his father. While in Kusa no kuni he arose to the rank of Jonin and recently decided to return to the village he had been born into.
After a few moments Shiro stepped into the village, unaware that his former prey had arose to the rank of Tsuchikage. Actually he'd heard that it was true, but he assumed that a joke had been made and did not take it to heart. Like a serpent Makido's eyes met with Shiro. "Oy Shiro, if you want to get into my village you gotta go through me!" Makido announced as he dramatically pointed to the honorable circle which bouts of honor were held.
Makido triumphantly stepped into the ring, flicking his thumb against his nose and then entering a fighting stance, much like Shiro had done many years ago. A little confused Shiro stepped forward, thinking that he would go through a trial by fire to return into the village. "What is the name of my opponent?" Shiro asked curiously. "Are you the Tsuchikage?"
"Yes, and my name is Hitoyama Makido" The Tsuchikage spoke issuing a thumbs up to Shiro.
Shiro's eyes widened and he tried to hold back a laugh...Makido can't be the Tsuchikage he thought, this has gotta be a joke. he thought as he assumed the Taijutsu stance of his clan. It was very similar to boxing, in fact it was so similar it was boxing. Dashing forward Shiro wanted to end the fight as quickly as he had done many years ago. His right straight was one of his strongest and fastest techniques. Like he had done many years before, Makido was able to duck under and move to Shiro's back.
Times were different though, and Makido was not even a shadow of his former self; with ease he lifted the man into the air. Gusai! He yelled as he dropped backwards, causing Shiro's head and shoulders to impact the hard earth. A large thud was heard throughout the heart of the village as Shiro lay folded over himself. Completely unconscious the current Tsuchikage exacted his much needed revenge. Standing up he placed his hands on his hips and puffed his chest out. "Now your my wife, welcome to the family!" Makido proudly spouted as he left he began singing the one verse to his favorite song.
